By day, the timeless tote makes a return, as does the shoulder bag. Whilst bows remain on trend, and tweeds & animal prints feature strongly in synthetic ranges, bags this season have fewer embellishments relying on stitching details and colour to give the wow factor. And by night for those special events, oversized clutches will prove perfect to finish off your "Girls will be Boys" masculine take, whilst a sequinned or metallic evening bag will be the perfect add on to your 1980s outfit. For colour, grey is the new black although there is plenty of black too. But for the more adventurous amongst you, this season offers bright reds, teals and purples to add a fabulous contrast.
