ALL ORDERS ARE SENT BY ROYAL MAIL Postage Charges are as follows: UK - £3.95 REST OF WORLD - £10.95 FREE delivery on orders over £100 to UK mainland and Highlands & Islands. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days. However, this may be longer during particularly busy periods. Our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (Signed For), except for very large parcels which are sent by a specialist carrier. Both will require a signature on delivery. If you are not normally at home, please supply an alternative address such as your work address or instructions to leave with a neighbour where the parcel can be safely received. A card will be left for you to arrange collection if no one is at home. If you have not received your UK order within 3 working days of our shipping confirmation email, please contact us to track your delivery. Our international orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Signed For service and will require a signature on delivery. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if nobody is home to sign for your order. If you have not received your International order within 10 working days of our shipping confirmation email, please contact us to track your delivery. For orders outside the UK, the purchaser may incur additional import duties & custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please notify us by email within 5 days of receipt and return the products to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, and in their original condition. Our return address can be found on your delivery note, or in the Where to Find Us section of our website. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service at this time. The cost of returning your order will be at your own expense. When returning items, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. If you request an exchange, an additional delivery charge will be incurred. In the case of a faulty product, or if we have made an error and sent you the wrong item, we will pay the postage on your replacement item.
