STEP INTO SPRING/SUMMER O9

This season is all about individuality. Catwalks were bursting with summer MUST-HAVES that you won't be able to resist - credit crunch or no credit crunch, it's time to show your own style. So what will you find in Vivaldi this season to help you?

Let's start with colour: this is a season where colours are vibrant and strong - think cobalt blue, acid green and coral - and for the brave, clashing colours is where it's at. What better way to add a touch of brightness than with a pair of red patent wedge mules or a cobalt blue clutch or coral oversized tote?

As for style there were a number of trends so the choice is yours. Bold prints were popular on the catwalks (reminiscent of the 1970s), as were florals - both can easily be achieved by adding a scarf or wrap in your favourite print. For the tailored look add one of the season's new "shoulder" or "oversized clutch" bags with a platform shoe. For jewellery - look out for a statement piece, either a necklace or over-sized earrings to fine tune your outfit for Spring/Summer 09.
