These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Vivaldi website. As with our shop in Edinburgh, our aim is to make your shopping experience as satisfying and efficient as possible. Placing an Order
By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email as evidence we have received your order. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. We will advise you of availability of any out of stock items. As this website is live we aim to show only items which remain “in stock”. However, if there is high demand for a certain item the website may show an item “in stock” when it is sold out. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange to refund your payment.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Vivaldi will take place on despatch to you of the goods ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. Where we discover an error in the price of the goods ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Prices quoted throughout our online store include standard UK VAT where appropriate. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

Credit/Debit Card Payment
When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a land line telephone number (not a mobile) to be used in case of query. Credit card payments are processed by SagePay from whom you will receive a separate notification of payment via email. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta by secure server.

Delivery
Stock permitting, our aim is to despatch goods within 2 working days of ordering (for orders placed Monday to Thursday), to arrive with customers within seven working days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of its non-availability or of the delay until it is back in stock and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year e.g. during sale times and holidays. Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer to deliver than times specified. Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or a specialist carrier. All deliveries will need a signature on receipt and if there is no one present to receive the delivery a card will be left. You may specify an alternative delivery address at the time of placing the order if you choose.

Redirection of Consignment Once Despatched:
Unfortunately, we regret to say there is a £20 surcharge should the parcel need to be re-routed to a different address once despatched (We do recommend that all orders are sent to an address where a signature is available, for example your place of work). This charge is levied by our couriers.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return items, please notify us by email within 5 days of receipt and return the products to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, and in their original condition.

Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned earrings, unless faulty.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. The original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund given and, in the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply. Defective products will be replaced without a further delivery charge.

When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Your right to cancel
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours notifying us of your intention to cancel, quoting your Vivaldi order number. If you have already received an email confirming despatch, it is too late to cancel your order. In this instance, you will be required to return the goods to us at your own cost and a charge of £5.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover original delivery charges and administration costs.

Complaints
If goods do not reach you in good condition or are faulty, carriage costs for the affected portion of delivery back to Vivaldi is at our expense. You must contact us to arrange return delivery. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will keep you well informed about progress.

Vivaldi will only credit you for the items that have been damaged or are faulty upon safe receipt of the goods into our hands. We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 2 working days. Vivaldi will accept returns and give full refunds only in circumstances where the products have not been tampered with. Refunds will be fulfilled within 30 days of the agreement to refund.
